Case Studies
Real project cargo deliveries, from route survey to final drop.
Pressure Vessel: Pune to MRPL (Mangalore)
A 45 MT pressure vessel, sized 45×13×13 ft, moved from Pune to the Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) site — one of the heaviest single-piece consignments in our track record. A move of this scale required a hydraulic axle trailer configuration, a full route survey to confirm bridge and turning clearances along the entire corridor, and multi-state permit coordination before the vehicle could leave the yard.
Boiler Delivery for Thermax Ltd: Pune to Satana
A 35 MT industrial boiler, sized 30×13×15 ft, delivered for Thermax Ltd from Pune to Satana. Boiler transport carries a specific handling challenge: the load's height and internal components mean tie-down and stability planning matter as much as route clearance. This was one of two separate Thermax Ltd deliveries in our record — the other, a project cargo container moved from Pune to Shankargadh in Madhya Pradesh, a longer interstate route requiring coordinated permits across two states.
Heavy Equipment: Pune to Rawan
A 45 MT heavy equipment consignment, sized 20×14×13 ft, delivered to Rawan across genuinely difficult terrain. Deliveries to sites without straightforward highway access require the same permit and route-survey discipline as any ODC movement, plus additional planning for the final-mile approach where standard trailers often can't go without route adjustments confirmed in advance.
Industrial Cable Reel: Mumbai to Raigadh
A 40 MT industrial cable reel moved from Mumbai to Raigadh. Cable reels present an unusual load profile — a concentrated, cylindrical weight that shifts the usual tie-down and axle-distribution calculations compared to a boxed or vessel-shaped load, requiring the vehicle configuration to be matched to the cargo's actual weight distribution rather than a standard template.
