Yashwant Yadav.
Yashwant Yadav is the Chairman & Managing Director of Blue Orbit Group, a diversified Indian enterprise with roots going back to 1998. He brings 20+ years of experience in execution and project leadership and leads the Group's strategic direction across all six operating companies.
Under his leadership, every Group company is accountable to the same principles — financial discipline, ethical governance and long-term client relationships — while each stays focused on its own sector. Antico Floortech, the Group's flagship infrastructure company, operates under his leadership, guided by engineering precision and ethical governance.
He represents the Group in meetings with respected public figures and dignitaries, and on 6 September 2026 attended the Yashwant Hari Foundation's Meritorious Student Honour Ceremony as Chief Guest, presenting certificates to students recognised for academic performance. The Group's founders have drawn guidance from Shri H.N. Sharma, an inspiration and mentor to the Group.
