About our team & process.
Do I get a dedicated team, or a shared pool of engineers?
Both models are available — a dedicated team for ongoing or larger engagements, or a shared pool for smaller, well-defined projects. This is agreed during scoping.
How often will I get updates during a project?
Regular check-ins are scheduled based on project length and complexity, typically weekly for active development phases.
Do you follow Agile, Waterfall, or something else?
An iterative, Agile-influenced approach is used by default, adapted to fit the client's own preferred way of working where needed.
Who do I talk to during the project?
A single project or delivery manager acts as the main point of contact throughout, coordinating with the technical team on your behalf.
