Our Process

From discovery to delivery.

A structured process applied consistently, whatever the size of the engagement.

Discovery & Scoping

Understanding the business problem, constraints and success criteria before any technical decisions are made.

Design & Architecture

Product design and technical architecture planned together, so the two stay aligned.

Development

Iterative development with regular check-ins, rather than a single delivery at the end.

Testing & QA

Functional, security and performance testing before anything reaches production.

Deployment

Staged rollout with monitoring in place from day one.

Support & Iteration

Ongoing support and improvement based on real usage, not just the original spec.

Quality Standards

Checked before it ships, not after.

Code review, automated testing where practical, and a security-conscious mindset are built into the development process — not treated as a final step before launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

About our team & process.

Do I get a dedicated team, or a shared pool of engineers?

Both models are available — a dedicated team for ongoing or larger engagements, or a shared pool for smaller, well-defined projects. This is agreed during scoping.

How often will I get updates during a project?

Regular check-ins are scheduled based on project length and complexity, typically weekly for active development phases.

Do you follow Agile, Waterfall, or something else?

An iterative, Agile-influenced approach is used by default, adapted to fit the client's own preferred way of working where needed.

Who do I talk to during the project?

A single project or delivery manager acts as the main point of contact throughout, coordinating with the technical team on your behalf.
